Villa Fay is known for spectacular large rooms. This villa consist of three large bedrooms, all with private ensuites and is spread over the three bedrooms each giving you and your party the privacy and mostly a relaxing comfortable atmosphere in which you require.

The living room, dining room and the kitchen is over 2000sq ft. The decor is of West Indian with lovely antique touches and the feel is cool and delightful.

The master bedroom is very lovely and has its own private balcony and seating area. Additional two bedrooms in a private building also have seating areas and private balconies. The pool is 40ftx20ftx6ft.

50% deposit is required at time of reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required.
If cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued (minus $100 administration fee). If cancelled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided.
Payments may be made via wire transfer or certified bank check. VISA and MasterCard are also accepted.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Maximum 2 persons per bedroom $25 per person, for each additional person over 10 years of age. No charge for children less than 10 years of age in the same room with parents.
Credit card required for $500 security deposit.
