Completed in December, 2014 this 4+ bedroom home has gorgeous views of St. Maarten and is a 2 minute drive to Sandy Hill Bay beach or 5 minute walk. You know you have reached somewhere special as you drive up the house and park. The entrance is flanked with twin fountains and as you enter you see the beautiful spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms.

On the main floor is a large kitchen and dining area, living room, guest bedroom with ensuite and powder room. Sliding glass doors lead to a very large pool deck with shaded and open areas for relaxing or dining. A games room with pool table will be a hit with the everyone. The upstairs has a large master suite with beautiful wood floors and ocean views. The master bathroom is oversized with bidet, toilet, jetted tub, multi-function shower system, twin vanities. There are two additional guest rooms with king beds, TV and ensuite bathrooms with showers. Also on this floor is a sitting room with sleeper sofa.

For star gazing and private sunbathing the roof deck is a fantastic spot. On the main floor is a large tiled deck with pool. Special rates may be negotiated for longer term stays.

Policies: Rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are per night. Government tax and service charge are included 50% deposit to confirm reservation and the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If booked within 60 days of arrival full payment is required. Payments may be made by wire transfer, cashiers check, VISA, MasterCard or American Express. A service fee is added to credit card payments and checks must be sent via FedEx or other courier. If canceled prior to 60 days of arrival the deposit is refunded in full minus $100 administration fee. If canceled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided. Maximum occupancy is 2 people per bedroom. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
