A paved winding road brings you up to this hillside vacation hideaway in Skytop, where you're greeted by cool tradewind breezes and lofty sea views of Fish Bay (and on a clear day, views of St.Croix 50 miles to the south). The main level features floor-to-ceiling screened openings with electronic shutters, all overlooking panoramic vistas of the Caribbean and lush National Park areas. The completely-equipped kitchen is slightly elevated above the living area for a bird's-eye view of all vacation activity within Sea Turtle.

Two identical air-conditioned queen master bedroom/bath suites with West Indian four-poster beds are separated by two mezzanine levels, each mezzanine level offering an open sleeping alcove with a full-sized futon - perfect for singles and children, or even for third and fourth couples. A separate powder room with an exotic alfresco shower is shared by the two alcoves.

The pool and sun deck combination just outside, complete with gas grill, provides guests with either full sun for that island tan, or shade for reading or napping. Sea Turtle offers CDs, movies, books and games for all tastes, and even an icemaker. And it's only a leisurely 15-minute drive to Cruz Bay and shopping.
