Pallina's fully air-conditioned main level is comprised of a spacious airy Great Room with high ceilings, a dining area, a well-equipped Siematic kitchen with granite countertops, and three bedrooms and two baths are set on either side of this living area.

The spacious king master suite on Pallina's main level features a romantic four-poster king bed with a matching chaise, a large bath with bidet, bathtub and shower, and walk-in closet. The other two elegantly-done queen bedrooms, on the other side of the Great Room, share a bath, and a powder room is also just outside in the adjacent hallway. Bordering the entire oceanfront side of Pallina is a sweeping terrace which enjoys blue vistas of Magens Bay and glorious sunsets at the cocktail hour - and total privacy for sunbathing.

An exterior staircase brings you down to the lower pool and hot tub level and to Pallina's second king master suite, the fourth air-conditioned bedroom/bath suite, complete with its own sitting room, a second kitchen and private terrace overlooking Magen's Bay. Just outside this suite, alongside a columned pavilion perfect for shady relaxation, is the pool and sun deck edged with gardens - another sublime spot from which to enjoy more ocean views and island sunsets.

Stylized comfort reigns at serene Pallina - its rich and island elegant designer furnishings, cool marble floors and baths, artwork and accessories, and central air-conditioning all set a refined but relaxing tone for an inviting island ambience.
