Leading from the terrace is a large sitting area and reception, opening into a fully equipped kitchen. Of the 7 bedrooms, there are 5 have king size beds 1 queen size and 1 twin, all are air-conditioned with adjoining bathrooms. Four bedrooms have walk-in closets.

The villa is just minutes away from the Privilege Resort Spa, offering Tennis, Squash, Gym facilities and beauty treatments. The villa also benefits from the 24 hr. Anse Marcel security service and is in close proximity to the Meridian 4 star hotel complex and marina.

This villa is beautifully furnished, peaceful and secluded but still within easy reach of some of St. Martin's most enjoyable areas: Orient Bay Beach and Grand Case.

The jacuzzi featured on the pictures is not there anymore.
