Villa Cumalin

This magnificent villa is located directly on a cliffside overlooking the ocean. There is over 5000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space for all the luxury and privacy you could want on your holiday. The main level of the villa boasts a spectacular entry portico that opens into a spacious living room with big screen satellite television and sea views from large sliding glass doors.

An immense covered gallery adjoins the living area and has an outdoor wet bar complete with mini-fridge. The gallery runs the length of the entire villa connecting all the rooms on the upper level. An immense infinity pool is centered outside the main living space and surrounded by a spacious pool deck. There is a jacuzzi on the pool deck as well. The view from the villa of the sea and Anguilla is one of the best on the island. To the right of the living area is a large bedroom with private marble bath that opens to the gallery. Next to that is the indoor/outdoor kitchen, fully applianced for every need as well as a pool side half bath. The outdoor covered dining area is in its own pavilion out on the point of the cliff next to the pool deck.

To the left of the main living area are two other extremely large bedrooms with private marble baths. Each of these also opens to the gallery. The fourth bedroom, or "pool bedroom" is located below the dining pavilion adjacent to the pool and also features its own marble bath and two windows that give this bedroom a view of the pool and its sparkling blue water. There is an exercise room with full bath that can also be used as a fifth bedroom below the main villa on the opposite side of the pool. This room also has its own full bath. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and furnished with king beds.

The entire house is currently being refurnished in imported teak from Indonesia. A stone walkway from the villa to the oceans edge provides access to the sea for swimming. A caretaker lives on site in a separate cottage. Villa Cumalin is truly a one of a kind home for those with distinctive taste.
