Las Palmas (which used to be known as Villa Content) is a great two bedroom home is located in Terres Basses, an exclusive area of French St. Martin. A lovely landscaped pool area is on one side of the house complemented with a gazebo and a breakfast deck.

On the other side of the villa is a large shaded deck with wonderful views of the ocean and Marigot, the capital of the French side. The two private master suites have king-sized beds, private baths and closets. The grounds and gardens are extremely well cared for by the gardener who lives on the property. The villa is a 10 minute drive from the popular Maho area with its shops, restaurants and casinos and 15 minutes to Marigot.
