Villa prana, a non-smoking villa, is a deluxe and spacious 4 bedroom villa located in dawn beach estate with a very short walk to dawn beach. The villa offers 3 equal size bedrooms on the top level with ensuite bathrooms, which open directly onto the pool deck.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and double shower and double sink. The other two guest bedrooms do have queen size beds and bathrooms with single shower & sink. On the lower level there is an additional guest bedroom with a two twin beds (one is a trundle which raises to standard height) and bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms as well as the living room do have a/c units.

The villa is fully furnished with top of the line furniture throughout and has a very spacious pool deck and pool. You can enjoy the atlantic breeze and stunning views of beach and oyster pond.
If rented as a two bedroom the two guest rooms on the top level are offered. If you prefer the master bedroom instead of one of the guest bedrooms an additional fee of us$200.00 per week is required for all seasons.

Bedrooms #2 & 3 – Each bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV/VCR, en-suite bathroom with shower and each bedroom opens onto the pool deck.
Bedroom #4 – Located on the lower level of the villa offers two twin beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops…Equipment includes stove, oven, fridge, ice machine, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher and coffee maker.
- Living Room:
Decorated with top of the line furniture, air conditioning, ceiling fans and dining table seating for 6 persons.

Non smoking villa. Beautiful well kept villa with nice tropical gardens and top of the line furniture…Views of Dawn Beach & Oyster Pond, all bedrooms and living room are air conditioned, safes in the three main bedrooms, telephone, cable TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player/surround sound system/outdoor Bose speaker boxes, DSL internet access, outdoor shower, Large BBQ gas grill.
