Orient Bay, St.Martin - 1 bedroom condo

This newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath and ½ Orient Bay vacation rental is situated in the heart of Orient Village. The Lataniers Résidence is adjacent to the nature reserve of Orient Bay, offering a quiet, upscale tropical setting in the middle of Palm Trees. A quick walk of only 100 yards takes you to the market place with its restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Just 150 yards on foot and you are at Orient Beach, famous for its fine white sand, crystal clear waters, and entertainment at numerous beach bars, restaurants, and water sports.

The living area includes a new and modern kitchen with bar chairs, a comfortable sofa bed in a modern style. This room opens on a very quiet and pleasant terrace overlooking palm trees with their friendly suggar birds.In the bedroom the atmosphere in an african style with warm colours and a comfortable king size bed. The unit is totally air confitionned and on the second floor with easy stairs and private parking.
