Mistral is a customized version of the Beneteau 50, built in 2002 and designed for trade wind sailing, with a deck that separates action from relaxation.
It offers two equal forward double cabins and two aft, each with separate shower and head for maximum comfort and privacy, plus a fifth cabin forward with 2 single bunks, head, & wash-basin. All the cabins have plenty of hanging space. Plenty of large opening hatches and cabin fans allow the gentle breezes of the Caribbean through to ensure a good night's sleep.
The cockpit is spacious and comfortable, with a very large dining table & drinks cooler. A large bimini shelters you from the heat of the day; it can be folded away so you can enjoy a starlit dinner. Lines and winches are well situated so as not to disturb relaxing passengers! Cockpit speakers allow you to listen to favourite CD's or local radio stations while sailing. Step down transom with shower and swim ladder for easy access in & out of the water or dinghy, plus convenient storage for snorkel gear.
There is plenty of deck space on which to relax, unwind and get away from it all. The spacious salon and cabins are lined with teak, subtle halogen lighting, fans, large teak dining table with comfortable sofa cushions make for enjoyable lounging or dining.
The well-equipped galley has a 3 burner stove, oven, double stainless steel sinks, large engine driven fridge and freezer. Galley and dining equipment for 12. Plenty of storage space and counter tops. The central bar area stores all you need for those well earned happy hour pain-killers! The chart table is separate allowing for unencumbered chart work, with GPS, cellphone, VHF and Radio/CD player.
