This is a private and tranquil villa located in the Searocks area of the island between Shoal Bay and Island Harbour, 4 minute drive to Shoal Bay beach and situated on the rocky cliff overlooking the sea.

Jems offers the discriminating traveler two bedrooms and two bathrooms with walkouts to the lovely pool and galleries from one bedroom and living room.

There is a separate suite on the lower level with a bedroom with queen bed and adjoining bathroom offering privacy for teenagers or couples.

The pool area and gallery offer fabulous ocean views and magnificent sunsets. You can relax and enjoy the fabulous breezes off the sea while reading your favorite books, the occasional yacht or motor launch might be sailing by on its way to Scilly Key for lunch.

There is a wonderful garden area for alfresco dining. But don't miss the opportunity of lunching at nearby Scilly Key or having dinner with Mary Pat at Hibernia. Le Bon Pain also has the best baguettes and croissants on the island and is a short walk from the villa.

50% deposit is required at time of reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required.
If cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued (minus $100 administration fee). If cancelled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided.
Payments may be made via wire transfer or certified bank check.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Maximum 2 persons per bedroom. $25 per person for each additional person over 10 years of age. No charge for children less than 10 years of age in the same room with parents.
Credit card required for $500 security deposit.
