[IMG:Living Room] Located in Cul de Sac, a 2 minute drive from the Blowing Point ferry docks, and overlooking Rendezvous Bay, the villas sit on an acre lot surrounded by a wall and screened by mature vegetation for uncompromised privacy. Both villas are about 100 yards from the beach.

Each is tastefully furnished with antiques and rattan. Floors of Italian terra cotta and natural woods are strewn with Persian and tribal rugs and ceiling fans are installed in all principal rooms.[IMG:Bed Room]

Chinaberry Villa

[IMG:Bed Room] A private drive and separate entrance leads into the garden - living/dining area. Enclosed on three sides for privacy and sheltered from the sun by a bamboo roof, the fourth side of this room is totally open to the breezes. Built-in seating and a day bed littered with overstuffed pillows make for lazy afternoons.

The large main room is fully enclosed and screened, furnished with a king size bed (or 2 twins) and a second, indoor sitting area.

The villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, two private sun decks and a full bathroom including a discrete outdoor shower (complete with palm tree).

Bayberry Villa

French doors on 3 sides of the living and dining rooms open onto a large wraparound balcony offering fantastic sunset views over Rendezvous Bay.

[IMG:Yard] The enclosed courtyard is perfect for sunning during the day and cool dining at night.

Two extra large bedrooms offer king size beds or two twins in each (extra beds available on request).

The two fully modern bathrooms are finished in marble and Brazilian walnut.

The kitchen is replete with French crockery and all the usual gadgets.
